NASI GORENG INDOESIA (indonesian fried rice)

This food can be an alternative food when you have leftover rice in the fridge or when you were lazy to make a dish....you can choose this way to make your lunch or your supper,you can mix the fried rice with squid,prawn,chicken,sausage,meatball,and fishball.its depend on your taste.but now i will make fried rice with prawn....its easy ingredients

INGREDIENTS  :
  • 2 big bowl rice
  • 1 kg prawn peeled
  • 2 egg beaten
  • 4 cloves garlic,chopped
  • 1 medium onion,chopped
  • 2 tbs sliced chili, or chili sauce 
  • Small carrot,thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbs oyster sauce
  • 1 tbs ketcap manis (dark soy sauce)
  • 2 tbs sliced spring onion
COOKING  :
  1. heat the wok then add vegetable oil and add egg,then stir fry about 2-3minutes, set aside
  2. heat the sesame oil then add chopped garlic,and onion untill smelled the aroma
  3. add the prawn,and carrot stir fry untill cooked
  4. and add the rice,chili or chili sauce,pepper,salt,oyster sauce,and dark soy sauce
  5. put spring onion before cooked then mix well untill cooked and finish.
NOTES  :
You can put cucumber pieces or tomato as garnish and you also can  add fried egg on top the fried rice....delicious recipe!!! selamat mencoba
